Akumal has been my home for a few years. I first came to this part of Mexico for
a 2 week vacation.

I rented a friend's villa for a place to stay (it is on my site). Had such a great
time, almost bought a condo. Since this introduction, I have returned for many
vacation trips.  I have visited many of the Yucatan's attractions and scuba dive.

I'll be as honestly helpful as possible.  Also, I have knowledge of the rentals
and agents for properties around Akumal. If I don't have a vacancy at the time
you need or the kind of vacation accommodation you need, I will refer you to
someone that can book the perfect place for you.

Mexico is a large and unique country.  Since I have visited several places
throughout the whole country, I am able to provide some insight into traveling
to other areas. I cannot give specifics about accommodations, These
experiences cover the past forty years.  Frequently I drive to Akumal from the
states. There are links with this page to some local information and for other
parts of Mexico.

Akumal has several venues available for group functions, large or small. If you
need to plan a wedding, state dinner, seminar, or family reunion, Azul Water
